HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse through our selection of products and services, once you decide what you are looking for and how we can best meet your needs, call us at (832) 472-7824 or fill out our form to place an order. All pertinent information regarding the date, location, occasion, theme, dietary restrictions, delivery and set-up, additional services and special requests will be discussed during at this time.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO PLACE AN ORDER?

To ensure that every board is made with the freshest ingredients and made to our standards, not a single item is purchased, unsealed, prepped or arranged until an order is placed so you can rest assured that every board is made with the freshest ingredients and made to your satisfaction. To ascertain our availability for bookings, we have the following recommended time suggestions

Cones, cups, personal Boxes (up to 25 count): at least 48 hours in advance

Cones, cups, personal Boxes (more than 25 count): at least one week in advance

Small and Medium boards: at least 48 hours in advance (limit 3 each)

Large and Extra-large boards: at least 48 hours in advance (limit 3 each)

Grazing Tables (<25 people): a minimum of at least 2-4 weeks

Grazing Tables (25+ people): a minimum of at least 4-6 weeks

CAN I MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS, SPECIAL REQUESTS OR ADDITIONS TO MY ORDER?

Every creation is selected with regard to the occasion, the dietary needs, the venue and the season. Additional items and substitutions will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

In regard to dietary restrictions please note; our products may contain nuts and gluten or have been prepared in an environment that contains nuts and gluten. We will do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions to the best of our abilities but cannot guarantee a 100% allergen free environment. 

*Some items might be out of season and may cause the cost to fluctuate.

HOW LONG DOES A BOARD/BOX LAST IN THE REFRIGERATOR?

Please keep your order refrigerated until ready to consume.

We recommend eating your order within 24 hours of delivery.

We also recommend taking the board/box out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you plan on consuming as cheese is best enjoyed at room temp.

Boards and Grazing tables are safe to leave out and eat up to a maximum of 4 hours at room temperature, after this time, we recommend it to be disposed of. 

Can I keep the Wooden Board?

All of our Cheese Boards are served on an eco-friendly single-use palm leaf tray. These are only intended to be used once and should be disposed of after use. If you’d like to upgrade to a wooden board that you can keep after you enjoy your charcuterie, please let us know! 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All payments are due in full on or before date of event delivery

You can pay in person upon delivery or send us payment electronically.

We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Credit Cards and PayPal.

You are welcome to pay the entire amount any time prior to receipt of product or service.

We require a 50% deposit on all orders over $ 350 as soon as we confirm your order.

For all orders over $ 350 and grazing tables, the order is not considered “booked” and placed on our calendar until contract agreement is signed and the deposit is received.

DO YOU HAVE SET DELIVERY FEES OR TIMES?

All local addresses and orders above $ 350.00 have free delivery included. For all other orders, our delivery fee is $2 roundtrip per mile outside the 5-mile radius from our location (this is to compensate for additional cooling needs during transit).

Our normal delivery hours are Monday – Saturday 9am- 4pm. We want to make sure your products are as fresh at 4am as they are at 4pm. Special arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis for deliveries made outside the regular business hours window for a fee. Call (832) 472-7824 or email us for more information.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP A GRAZING TABLE?

Please allow between 1 – 2 hours for us to set up, depending on the size and requirements of your grazing table. Additional time may be needed in cases requesting additional event décor or set up.

WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES ABOUT BOOKINGS, CHANGES, RESCHEDULING AND CANCELATIONS?

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us directly within the suggested time frame so that we can make the corresponding changes before your order is prepared. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Orders under $ 150

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to delivery free of charge

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery will incur a $25 charge

Payment is due in full on or before time of delivery

Private grazing tables (5-20 people) and orders up to $ 350:

50% deposit to secure the order date

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the date of event will receive a full refund

Cancellations within 2-6 days of the date of the event will receive back 50% of the total deposit

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the date of the event will result in deposit forfeiture

Payment is due in full 24 hours before time of delivery

Grazing tables (20+ people) and orders over $ 350

50% deposit to secure the date

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the date of the event will receive a full refund

Cancellations made within 8-13 days of the date of the event will receive back 50% of the total deposit

Cancellations made within 4-7 days of the date of the event will result in deposit forfeiture

If cancellation occurs within 3 days (72 hours) of the event, Client shall be responsible for the full payment of the agreed-upon services.

Payment is due in full 24 hours before time of delivery

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

Your satisfaction is important to us. Because of our commitment to quality and customer service, every order is made with the utmost care and checked for quality before it is delivered to you. When your order arrives, you will be asked to verify the order. The sale becomes final and there will be no credits, refunds or exchanges. You get to go enjoy your bits and bites and of course leave us a fabulous review
